I've been attending service at this Summit campus since February 2021. It is a wonderful church home. It offers access to Christ-centered community for households of all shapes and sizes as well as a place for individuals to grow in their personal relationship with God. They are a passionate organization devoted to challenging cultural and social issues with the power of the gospel and their mission to produce disciple-making disciples.

The Summit Church is one of the best gifts God ever gave me or my family. The preaching is excellent, relevant, and always comes back to center on Jesus. The music is fantastic. The child care is fantastic. And over 200 small groups are proof of the high value placed on community. Don't waste another weekend. Come visit!

I am a little hesitant of big churches, but I thought I would give this place a try, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. People are friendly and happy to be there, the preaching is great, the music is top notch. It is really nice to see how much Summit is dedicated to helping the community. If you are on the fence, I would recommend giving this place a shot.

I'll start by saying that it feels really weird to review a church online, but here goes nothing. This is an incredible church with a wide variety of ministries and a ton of genuinely awesome people. The multi-campus model makes the immense size of the church feel more manageable and connected. With a variety of campus offerings, there is a place for just about everyone.

I wound up in a good small group, so that definitely helped. I had been in a mega church in another city before I moved back to the Triangle, and the small group experience there was poor, which made my time there difficult. I saw that Brier Creek was near my workplace, and I once knew someone in Hilton Head who had briefly dated a Summit girl, so I decided to try it. I was looking for a place where I could serve in production, which is what I had done for most of the previous decade at various churches in the Carolina Lowcountry. They hooked me up on my first visit to Brier Creek. They also got me into a small group that treated me like family. On my very first day meeting my new small group, our leaders took me out to eat and introduced me to everyone. I was a bit concerned about the small group experience because I am on the spectrum a day previous churches in South Carolina I had gone to about 13 years ago had problems with that. At Summit, that made little difference to them. They still treated me like a human being, rather than a freak. My small group leaders, especially, have really made an effort to make me, and everyone else we have coming, feel included. They also reached out to an old high school friend, who was down on her luck, and going through hard times, and helped her buy food and necessities, and not only that, kept in touch with her while they were on vacation. That made a huge difference to both her and me.

Summit is one Church with over eleven locations in the Triangle. Has lots of mission trips and message of sending others to plant gospel. The gospel of Jesus Christ is deeply believed and the love among the people is evident. Disciples, making disciples and being sent out. Ethos of this church is Love God. Love Each Other. Love Our World. If your looking to be directed, redirected or corrected by God come here.

Over all the Summit is a pretty cool place. I remember years ago when I used to attend my dad was sick with cancer. My dad wasn't going to the Summit and a friend from my dad's church gave us this book by Joel Osteen where he talked about how God had healed his mother of a cancer worse than my dad's and it gave me the faith that God was going to heal my dad. Praise God! He did just that. I shared that testimony with a friend and she later told me that God healed her dad of cancer as well. Praise God all the more! The reason I am giving three stars instead of five is because when I have tried sharing that testimony before there have been leaders at the Summit who would censor my testimony because they didn't like Joel Osteen. With all due respect I'm not saying you need to like Joel Osteen. I know it was King Jesus who healed both my dad and my friend's dad of cancer and not Joel Osteen, but King Jesus used Joel Osteen to speak faith into me. All I am trying to say is that if you need a miracle then King Jesus is the Miracle Worker. Go to Him for whatever miracle you need.
